Receptionists are on desk from 7:00am to 11:00pm. Between 11:00pm to 7:00am, Orchid Residence relies on the night reception from a sister Resort to meet guests’ needs.
Housekeeping services
Daily housekeeping services are available on request between 9:00am – 3:00pm. Guests that have booked for monthly stays have their rooms cleaned once a week.
CCTV
The hotel is under CCTV surveillance to ensure that misbehaviour is managed promptly. Security guards patrol between both buildings throughout the day.
